Internship

Internship Registration Requirements:

1. Have passed at least 80 credits
2. Have taken courses of Semester I-IV
3. Minimum internship duration is one month
4. One internship group can consist of two students
5. Obtain approval from the Guardian Lecturer by attaching a Cover Letter from the Guardian Lecturer
6. Requirements that must be attached by each student at the time of registration for internships:
   a. Cover Letter from the Guardian Lecturer
   b. Transcripts
   c. IRS (study plan) current semester that has been approved by the Guardian Lecturer
   d. Internship Licensing Letter which can be downloaded from the Faculty of Engineering website signed by the Deputy Dean 1.
   e. Internship Application Letter which can be downloaded from the Faculty of Engineering website
   f. Internship Proposal (if the company requires to attach an Internship Proposal) to be approved and signed by the Internship Coordinator
7. All attachments of these terms are combined in the form of a .rar extension and then sent to email: >> KP.prodiS1@gmail.com <<
8. One student of the internship team consisted of 2 students can send the attachments
9. All forms for internship registration requirements can be downloaded at the link below.

Note: internship registration sometimes takes 1 year, so students can register early.

Internship Requirements:

2. Have taken courses of Semester I-IV

4. Registered in the IRS (study plan)
5. Requirements that must be attached by each student at the time of the internship:

a. Transcripts
b. IRS (study plan) current semester that has been approved by the Guardian Lecturer
c. Cover Letter for Appointment of Internship Supervisor
d. Internship Acceptance Letter from the Company

6. All attachments of these terms are combined in the form of a .rar extension and then send to email: >> KP.prodiS1@gmail.com <<
7. One student of the internship team consisted of 2 students can send the attachments
8. Furthermore, students will receive a reply email after the name of the internship supervisor has been determined by the Internship Coordinator
